Return & Exchange Policy

At Ylyment, we believe every piece you choose is more than jewelry—it’s a part of your story. Each design is crafted to hold meaning, and we want you to feel proud and connected to what you wear. If your order doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help—gently and respectfully.


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • Is unworn and in original condition
  • Includes all original packaging
  • Has the Ylyment authentication tag fully intact and untampered

This tag is more than a label—it’s our promise of authenticity and care. For that reason, we are unable to accept returns if the tag is removed or altered.

Because personalized pieces are made just for you and often reflect a unique chapter of your journey, custom orders are final sale.


How to Begin a Return

To request a return, email us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and a brief message. If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).


Refunds

Once your return is received and reviewed:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 7–10 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your piece—for another size, a different style, or store credit—we’d be happy to assist, provided the item meets our return requirements.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your piece arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement or a full refund.


Gift Returns

If you received Ylyment as a gift, you may return it for store credit, as long as:

  • The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • The piece is in original condition with the authentication tag intact
  • You provide the gift receipt or order number

Store credit will be issued to the recipient’s email address once approved.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend a trackable, insured shipping method to ensure safe return. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
